Much like any card game tournament, they don't go fast at all normally, always expect at least three hours.

I wish it would go a wee bit faster, I'm normally there for about, 2 hrs, then call it quits, it gets waaay to warm there... >.<

Personally, I say they go plenty fast enough, it is a strategy game after all, if you don't have enough patience for children's card games; then go play Halo competitively or something.

And if the problem is scheduling, I'd say either clear your schedule or just don't do it.

well, it doesn't take strategy to show up on time, instead of a half hour AFTER we're supposed to start.... That's the main thing I don't like about Outpost, 5 - 10 min max delay time would be reasonable me thinks.

ok thx for the info i guess i "might" beable to test my "unready" blackwing deck there, MAYBE if i get some more cards

Almost every card tourney I've been in, whether it be Magic, Yu-Gi-No, or Pokemon, I've gone 3-2 or 2-3, I can't remember one where I didn't get that result personally.

Besides, that's a pretty good average, considering there's always those guys with rape-tastic decks that you'll most likely never beat unless your put a few paychecks into said card game.

when you guys talk about solemn, are you referring to solemn judgement or what?

yes solemn judgement, thats a very hard card to get your hands on :( might have to box a gold series just to get 1

But why be creative when you can just go on Yu-Gi-Oh wiki and copy pasta decks from there?

I mean creativity and deck building definitely isn't half of the game.
