My new house.

Yep. I'm moving. Tomorrow. All the way to Brooklyn Park. Alone. It's about 40-50 minutes from any and every person on the forums, or anyone I know, for that matter.

Three bedroom, one bathroom. Large living room. High Speed Internet, Cable TV.
Estimated Value: $187,000.

No mortgage, as of now. Means rent is cheaper then I thought.

Rent will be $50 (TV/Phone/Internet) plus total cost of utilities (which vary) divided by the number of people living there.

Mr. Borntrager may come to live with me, which would be pretty cool.
I'm still looking for one more, two if needed.
I still need to talk to Mike Haugan though, but that won't be until September.
Shell, if you want to move in for a month and a half, until you go to school in October, I'd be okay with that, and I understand if you don't want to. It's about 10 minutes from 3wire.

Fifteen minutes to Riverdale.
Fifteen minutes to ARCC.
Ten minutes to Northtown.

I have my bed (full), another bed (king), a couch, a love seat, a chair, and plenty of room for sleeping bags.

I'm still undecided on it all, my mom's giving me crap, so we'll see... That, and I'm hoping more people would be able to stay, for hopefully a year or something, so that way, rent doesn't fluctuate and stuff... I guess for me it's like... I need something to make sure, that I and anyone else who is staying, doesn't get screwed?

$50 Comcast (TV, Phone, Internet) Bill = $100/month.
$90 Xcel Electricity (last bill was $184, but that is probably built up and will be lower)
?? Water (No bill yet.)
$10 ACE Garbage. Bill = $25 a month
$10 Natural Gas Bill = About $20-$30 a month.

That's $170/month. Plus water. Give or take for fluctuations in elec., gas, and water.

If we had three people.
$30 Comcast. I pay $40. Hopefully won't vary.
$60 Xcel. I pay $65. Give or take.
?? Water. Is cheap.
$8 Ace. I pay $7. Won't vary.
$8 Natural Gas. I pay $1. Give or take.

That's basically $100/month with three people.


The only thing I haven't accounted for is food and water.

God, four people would be hard as hell to pull off. I mean, I have three bedrooms upstairs. One of them has a King size bed in it, and two closets. One of them has my room in it, with a Full size bed and one closet. One of them is currently empty, and has one closet and a wardrobe.

Plus the dirty one downstairs that has NO closet, one shelf, and a light. Oh, and a window. The floor is cement, and needs severe cleaning.

So either we need to find two people who wanna bunk up in the Master Bedroom, or someone would have to sleep downstairs. Or find someone with enough roomspace for two beds.


Plus, four people, one bathroom? Haha, that'll be fun.

So right there alone, that's about $150 or so a month for my bills... >.<

But I'm hoping that I get more hours at work, and even able to save some mulah! XD

And my mom said that the electric bill prolly won't be that high each month, especially if you have just the window unit for AC. So I guess we'll have to see about it all... XD

And I'd be willing to live in the basement, I think it'd be fun, well, if it has wireless/heat down there too...

And that's why I'd be hoping to get the prices lower...

But in the mean time, I need to see if I'll even get more hours at work first, cause if I moved in, and I didn't, I would be thouroughly screwed... >.

I'm thinking that the convertable though would save me a lot of money though due to it having better gas mileage XD

oh, and food would have to be purchased... but I dunno how much that would cost...

For Bathroom.... My hygene is in really bad shape, so in all actuallity, I'd possibly need the shower every other day, if that, and I dunno if people would always wake up at the same time, I'd have to normally be up and gone by 9 or so... Which would mean I'm up and getting ready by like, 8... or... I just take showers at night... whichever, so with 4 people, 1 bathroom, it can be done... except when it comes to really needing the bathroom... >.<

Though I just remembered that people would need it for going to school / work.... So for me, I guess I'd use it at night then, feel refreshing after work anyways.... XD

Soo not gunna happen for me. I don't take my test until Sept. 23 >.<
