and about 1 serving of chow mein
(that was yesterday)
so thats about 1500 calories...

i am starving but everytime i go to grab something to eat i look at the calories and put it back >.<

why does everything delicious have to be so bad for you

Justin, have you ever looked at how many calories are in a pizza?

Is it 200 or 300 calories for a slice of Domino's large? I'm tempted to say 200.

EDIT: Oh, right, I should stay on topic. Errrm, well, cleaning for graduation is time-consuming, difficult, and more boring than watching paint dry (funny story: during cleaning, I actually got the priveledge of watching paint dry).

yeah roughly 1500 per pizza

however this was back when i cared alot more then i do now...

now i eat to be full, i dont care about calorie intake as much

They told me to rinse, and I was a little confused, because I just had.
And to my surprise, blood and some chunks of gums came out.
I was a little surprised.

One time the retaining bar on the roof of my mouth wasn't quite fitting right and I mentioned it to the orthodontist, and the assistant takes a blunt drill-like tool and basically starts chipping away at the roof of my mouth. I was all like WTF are you doing and she was all like "Does that hurt?"

Orthodontists: Blood sucking morons.

It wasn't much, but it was noticeable.
No, I didn't mention it.

All the dental assistants there are amazing.
The one dentist sucks ass.
And the other is okay.

Except when he stabbed me in the gums with pliers.
That's about all that really sucked.

Hm, well, there wasn't much of the boobs thing in any of the previous stuff, but the last appointment was a full two hours of it. And it was a new girl, who was cute, and pretty funny. She said I had very clean teeth. =D

@Marshall: Braces sucks. My ortho was a perv he kept rubbing my leg and poking me. He also on ly first appointment gave me a Novocain shot on the roof of my mouth and then took a giant picker scraper thing and made a small hole in the roof of mouth where a random canine tooth was.

The play-by-post DnD games (following a singular storyline) that I've been involved in for two years has finally ended. I'm happy, but at the same time I'm so sad to see it end...there are not enough sad faces on the internets to express my sorrow

Yes, yes I have. Those days are usually ended with a swift "Ryan!" followed by a "We've gotta go!" and finished with a groan.

Yea my day started like that but then got better. BUt i hate those days too.
