AD 2010

Well, in a last minute decision (that luckily jumped to mind on the last day of pre-registration) I registered Shell and myself for Anime Detour. So we'll be joining in on the festivities, lol. We're going to be staying over at the Days Inn since the Sheraton is full already. Its just over the highway from the Sheraton, so its not too bad.

Yeah, this year I need to take pictures too. I only took a few last year before my batteries died. lol.

This year I'll be stealing my brother's camera and using it, since he's off in some miscellaneous southern state for basic training and wont miss it any. haha. Its much, much, much nicer than the piece of shit I own. And it doesn't run on batteries. I'll just have to remember to find and pack the charger.

Amanda, do you have rechargeable batteries? Cuz then if you use your brothers camera, then I can just use your batteries.

By myself I got 78 pictures at AD '08 and 149 pictures at AD '09, so this year I wanna get at least 175 pictures.

Hahahaha, I know. Though my ambition is to cosplay next year. And like... actually do it. I keep making plans to do it "next year" and never do.

But now I have a decent sewing machine and a steady income, so I have no excuse now. lol. I might try to make myself one of the FMA military uniforms and be Maria Ross... or Hawkeye... Or any miscellanious FMA character, really. lol. Most. Versatile. Cosplay. Ever.

Though Xander I still think you and Hanna should cosplay Ling and Lanfan some year. It would be soooo perfect, you guys look like them in your own ways. Fer srs. They'd be pretty easy cosplays to put together too.

Ok guys... Shell, Kevin, and I are going to be crashing at my place instead of at the Days Inn seeing as I have come to the realization that the Sheraton where AD is being held is RETARDEDLY CLOSE to my house.

That being said, is it ok with you man-folk if while we're at AD we leave our phat lewtz in your room until we leave for the night? That way we dont need to make repeated trips to the car/my house.
