Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World

Ok, so I was doing a little research on this game, and I came across a great, informative, non-spoiler video (in english!!!) that i'd like to share with you all:

So...when I watched this second video, I couldn't help but think that Emil looked a little bit like someone, but I couldn't place my finger on it; I didn't really like his look in the first place. However, upon watching it the second time, I figured it out...Kingdom Hearts. I cannot tell you how depressed this made me; I. felt. aweful. Screw this -headdesk- thing:

until eventually I will forget that reference and be able to play the game in peace.

Oh, don't worry, it's a figure of speech and not a literal translation; I need all my brain cells alive and firing if I'm to survive in college. That said, the point remains valid. Ugh.

It might be a fun game so far as actual fighting is concerned or something, but I just can't get used to the fact that anyone would seriously make an RPG (with an actual storyline) that puts Donald Duck, Goofy, and Sepiroth on the same stage at once...it isn't natural.

Ugh good god, enough with the Tales series, it's gotten horribly overdone at this point, and Kingdom Hearts is just overrated fan/boy/girl material right now. :\

And Xander is the living offspring of KH......

so i am going to morph this thread into a discussion about games with tales in thier names....

tales of vespia thus far has been pretty sweet :D

i have enjoyed most of its story line and it doe have some occasional fan service

So needless to say, you like the games that the people who made Tales of Symphonia made....

Lol, no need Marshal. I need to get myself a Wii first, although I suspect that shall be remedied soon, and then I might ask to borrow it for awhile if I have not already gotten a copy myself. It's nice of you to offer, and it would be nice to see you again though (I swear, not all of my motives result from wanting your video games ).
